| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察灯盏花素对大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :选用Wistar大鼠制作Pulsinelli四血管阻断 (4VO)脑缺血再灌注模型 ,以川芎嗪为对照 ,观察灯盏花素对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑含水量和脑组织钙含量的影响。结果 :灯盏花素能显著降低脑缺血再灌注后脑含水量 (P <0 0 1)和脑组织钙含量 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :灯盏花素对大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用 ,主要是通过抑制钙内流实现的。

| Abstract: | To observe the effects of Breviscapine on acute cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.Methods:Ischemia reperfusion models were created in Wistar rats with Pulsinelli 4VO,the effects of Breviscapine on contents of water and calcium of brain after cerebral ischemia reperfusion were observed.Moreover,Ligustrazine was used the contrast drug.Results:Breviscapine decreased the content of water of brain(P<0 01)and calcium of brain tissue(P<0 01).Conclusion:Breviscapine prevented the injury of acute cerebral ischemia reperfusion.This effect was realized through inhibiting calcium. |
