高血压病中医证型与血液流变学及胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究

目的探讨高血压病患者血液流变学及胰岛素抵抗(IR)与人体内环境的内在联系。方法将符合入选标准的108例患者进行中医辨证分型,测定空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素和血液流变学指标,并以空腹血糖值及空腹胰岛素水平判断IR。结果患者中空腹血糖值、空腹胰岛素水平及血液流变学指标在各证型之间存在明显的差异性,其高低顺序为:痰湿壅盛型>肝阳上亢型>肝肾阴虚型>阴阳两虚型;表明高血压病辨证分型与血液流变学及IR之间存在明显的相关性。结论高血压病实证存在明显的IR和高粘滞血症,这种认识对中西医结合临床治疗及研究具有指导意义。

The Research on the Relationship among TCM Syndrome Differentiation of Hypertension, Blood Rheology and Insulin Resistance

Objective: To discuss the internal relationship among the blood rheology of hypertension-suffering patients,insulin resistance(IR) and the interior body environment.Methods: 108 patients matching the standard are selected and differentiated TCM syndromes.The fasting blood-glucose,fasting insulin and blood rheology index are detected,and IR is evaluated by the fasting blood-glucose value and fasting insulin level.Results: There exists significant difference between the patients' fasting blood-glucose value,fasting insulin level and blood rheology index in different TCM syndromes,the sequence is: the type of the stagnation of phlegm-dampness>the type of hyperactivity of liver-yang> the type of deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin>the type of deficiency of both yin and yang,which shows that there exists significant relation among the differentiation syndromes of hypertension,blood rheology and insulin resistance.Conclusions: There exists significant IR and hyperviscosity blood syndrome,which carries guiding significance in Integrated TCM and Western Medical treatment and research.
