西南白头翁不同提取物的抗肿瘤作用研究

目的探讨西南白头翁不同提取部位的抗肿瘤活性。方法溶剂法提取分离西南白头翁得乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物，用MTT法检测不同提取物对细胞生长抑制作用，求得IC50值；用流式细胞术（FCM）比较不同提取物对细胞凋亡的影响。结果乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取部位均有一定的抑制细胞生长的作用，并有一定的剂量依赖关系；提取物浓度在0．05mg／ml时有促进细胞凋亡的作用，对不同细胞株的结果并不一致。结论西南白头翁正丁醇提取部位作用强，乙酸乙酯部位活动性较弱；诱导肿瘤细胞死亡的主要途径是凋亡。

Study on Anti-tumor Effect of Different Extracts of Pulatilla Millefolium

Objective ： To discuss anti - tumor effect of different extracts from the medicinal plants ofpulsatilla millefolium. Method： Use solvent method to extract and separate pulatilla millefolium to get ethyl acetate and butanol, and use MTT to investigate the inhibition effect of different extracts on cell growth, and then get IC50 ; use FCM to compare the effects of different extracts on cell apoptosis. Results： The ethyl acetate and butanol have some kind of inhibition effect on cell growth, and they are dose -dependent; if the concentration of extracts is 0. 05mg/ml, they are helpful to promote cell apoptosis and have different resuits of cell lines. Conclusions： The butanol part ofpulatilla millefolium has significant effect, whereas the activity of ethyl acetate is weak ; the main way to induce the death of tumor cells is apoptosis.
