| 摘 要： | 目的观察沙参麦冬汤对放射性肺炎大鼠肺组织SOD活性、MDA含量的影响,探讨沙参麦冬汤防治放射性肺炎的作用机理。方法将141只清洁级雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、沙参麦冬汤预防组(中预组)、沙参麦冬汤治疗组(中治组)、地塞米松治疗组(西治组),除正常组外,其余各组均给予X射线全胸单次照射20Gy。中预组于照射前1周起开始灌服沙参麦冬汤,其余各组于造模后第2天起,正常组、模型组予等容积的生理盐水,中治组灌服沙参麦冬汤,西治组予地塞米松混悬液,每日1次。分别于照射后2、4、6周,随机取大鼠右中肺组织制备匀浆,取上清液,采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定SOD活性,采用硫代巴比妥酸化学比色法测定MDA含量。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠肺组织中SOD活性下降(P<0.01),MDA含量升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,中预组、中治组、西治组大鼠肺组织中SOD活性均有升高(P<0.01),MDA含量降低(P<0.01)。中预组SOD活性高于中治组、西治组(P<0.01),MDA含量低于中治组、西治组(P<0.01)。中治组SOD活性高于西治组(P<0.01),MDA含量低于西治组(P<0.05)。结论放射性肺炎存在...
