| 摘 要： | 目的观察疏肝和胃汤对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠胃窦组织iNOS、5-HT及SP表达的影响。方法大鼠随机分成生理盐水组、模型组、莫沙比利组及疏肝和胃汤大、中、小剂量组。采用夹尾激怒法造成肝胃不和型功能性消化不良大鼠模型,给药治疗后,取胃窦组织,应用免疫组织化学技术检测iNOS、5-HT及SP在胃窦表达。结果疏肝和胃汤各剂量组可不同程度地降低模型大鼠胃窦组织中iNOS的表达,增加模型大鼠胃窦组织中5-HT及SP的表达(P0.05,P0.01),其作用与莫沙比利相当。结论疏肝和胃汤可能是通过降低iNOS的表达,增加5-HT及SP的表达,达到促胃动力作用的。
