摘    要:通过对35例慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)患者应用不同方案治疗前后骨髓细胞糖原、细胞色素氧化酶(CCOase)和中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶(NAP)的显微分光图像分析仪定量分析和超微结构研究,支持了本病是由于骨髓微环境与造血干细胞损伤而引起的学说。同时,对体内酶系统紊乱导致CAA发病过程作了初步阐明,从而提出CAA发病机制新假说。

Abstract:With the before and after therapy in different treatment, 35 cases of chronic aplastic anemia(CAA) bone marrow cells were studied, in cluding glucogen, cytochrome oxidase(CCOase) and neutrophilic granulocytes alkaline phosphatase(NAP) amounts under the microspectroseopic image analyser and transmissional electron microscopy. The results supported the theories which CAA was caused by damaged both the bone marrow microenvi ronment and stem cells. At the same time, we expounded preliminarily that enzyme systems diosorder result in CAA, therefore, we put forward a new hypothesis on the pathogenesis of CAA.
