黄芪育阴煎干预2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗及相关因素的临床研究

目的观察黄芪育阴煎治疗2型糖尿病及胰岛素抵抗（IR）相关指标的临床疗效。方法治疗组33例采用自拟方黄芪育阴煎治疗，观察治疗前后空腹血糖（FBG）及餐后2h血糖（PBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、c-肽、血脂，并计算胰岛素敏感指数（ISI）评估IR。结果治疗组治疗后FBG，PBG及HbA1c较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．05），总有效率100％，显效率83．4％；血浆总胆固醇（TC），低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）明显降低（P〈0．05），高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）明显升高（P〈0．05），胰岛素、c-肽及ISI均有明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论黄芪育阴煎具有明显的降糖作用，能显著增加胰岛素敏感性，从而改善胰岛素抵抗，且对血脂紊乱及临床症状有明显改善。

Clinical Study on Huangqi yuyin recipe Interfering in Insulin Resistance and Related Factor of Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To investigate the related index and clinical effect of huangqi yuyin recipe treating type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance(IR).Methods The treatment group which was made up of 33 patients were treated with huangqi yuyin recipe examine fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour-postprandial blood glucose(PBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA_1c),fasting insulin(FINS),C peptide and blood fat before and after treatment,calculating insulin susceptible index(ISI) to evaluate IR.Results After treatment,FBG,PBG and HbA_1c fell clearly in the treatment group(P<0.05),the total effective rate was 100%,the display rate was 83.4%;plasma total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) fell clearly(P<0.05)while high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was improved significantly(P<0.05);otherwise,insulin,C peptide,blood fat and ISI fell clearly(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi yuyin recipe can reduce blood glucose significantly and increase the sensitivity of insulin,hence it can significantly improve clinical symptom of insulin resistance and the disturbance of blood fat.
