VEGF与MMP-9在胆管癌中的表达及相关性研究

目的 通过观察胆管癌组织中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）与基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）的表达,分析两者的临床意义及相关性关系,为胆管癌的治疗提供一定的参考依据.方法 采用SP免疫组化法检测胆管癌组织及正常胆管组织中VEGF与MMP-9的表达.应用SSPS17.0统计软件进行数据处理.结果 VEGF和MMP-9在胆管癌中的阳性表达率分别为62.2％和73.3％,二者显著高于在正常胆管组织中的表达（10％和20％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.胆管癌中VEGF的表达与淋巴结转移及分化程度有关（P＜0.05）,MMP-9的表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移有关（P＜0 05）,它们的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤组织大小无关（P＞0.05）.两者在胆管癌组织中的表达呈正相关（P＜0.05）.结论 VEGF与MMP-9在胆管癌组织中高表达,且其表达呈正相关.

Studying about the Expression and Correlation of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 in Cholangiocarcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and Matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9） in cholangioearcinoma tissue,analyse their clinical significance and the ton＇elation between VEGF and MMP-9. Methods In this study,the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and Matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9） in 45 cases of cholangioeareinoma and 10 eases normal hile duet tissues by innnunohistochemistry were investigated. The different expression levels in two kinds of specimens were dealed with statistical analysis,so were the tonelation between the expression and the clinic padlologic character, as well as the correlation among the three. Results The positive expression rates of VEGF and MMP-9 were 62.2% and 73.3% respectively in cholangiocarcinoma lissues, both of which were significantly higher than those in normal bile duct tissues（ P 〈 0. 05）. The expression of VEGF was related with differentiation degree and lymph nude. metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the expression of MMP-9 was related with the lymph node metastasis（ P 〈0.05）. The expressions of VEGF and MMP-9 were no relationship with sex,age,size. There was a close relationship between the expression of both VEGF and MMP-9（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in eholangioearcinoma plays an important roles in hloud vessel formation,tumor progress,metastasis and collaborates. The Combined detection of the two indicators can evaluate the clinical effects of ehemotherapy and the prognosis in patients with chulangiocareinoma.
