丹皮酚对大鼠脑内单胺神经递质的影响

摘    要:用高效液相色谱-电化学器方法,研究了丹皮酚对大鼠脑内单胺神经递质代谢的影响。结果表明,丹皮酚能增加大鼠纹状体及边缘内多巴胺代谢物高香草酸和三羟苯乙酸含量,也以增加5-羟色胺代谢物5-羟吲哚醋酸的含量,对单胺递质NA及DA含量无明显影响。

Abstract:This paper reported the effect of paeonol on monoamine metabolism in rat brain.This experiment was carried out with HPIC-electrochemical detector,The results showed that the levels of homovanillic acid(HVA) and dihydroxphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) in striatum and limbic areas increased after 40 minutes ip of paeonol 100mg/kg in rat.Increase in 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid(5-HIAA)levels of in the striatum and limbic areas was also abserved.But the levels of monoamine transmitters nora-trenaline (NA) and DA remained unchange.
