| 摘 要： | 本文用华支睾吸虫成虫可溶性抗原免疫的BALB/c小鼠与SP_2/o骨髓瘤细胞融合,经筛选和克隆化后获得4株抗华支睾吸虫单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞。该4株荜克隆抗体与华支睾吸虫成虫抗原作ELISA,结果均为阳性。经交叉试验(ELISA法)证明与日本血吸虫成虫抗原,虫卵抗原和卫氏并殖吸虫成虫抗原均呈阴性反应。4株单克隆抗体免疫球蛋白亚类鉴定除3F_7株为IgG_1外,其余3株均属IgM。初步试用3F_7株单克隆抗体作ELISA双抗体法检测人体华支睾吸虫循环抗原。

| Abstract: | After the fusion of SP_2/o myeloma cells with spleen cells of BALB/c mice immunized with soluble antigens of Clonorchis sinensis, 4 cells linec of hybridoma secreting monoclonal antibodies against Clonorchis sinensis have been established. Four hybridoma derived antibodies were measured by ELISA with Clonorchis sinensis antigens, 4 monoclonal antibodies presennted a high specificity and also showed negativereaction to Schistosoma japonicum egg antigens and adult antigens of S.japonicum and Paragonimus westermani in ELISA. The imumnoglobulin subclass of the 4 monoclonal antibodies were identified as IgG_1 (3F_7), and other 3 (2F_7, 2H_3 4B_1) presented IgM.Determination of circulating antigens in human clonorchiasis by means of modified sandwich ELISA using monoclonal antibody. |
