| 摘 要： | 目的确定葛根素磷脂复合物的化学光谱特征。方法用红外分光光度计和紫外分光光度计分别对大豆磷脂、葛根素、葛根素磷脂复合物进行光谱分析。结果红外光谱分析表明，磷脂复合物的光谱为葛根素与磷脂不同光谱的加合，紫外光谱分析可见磷脂复合物与葛根素吸收峰均在251nm处。结论红外和紫外光谱证明葛根素与磷脂形成的是磷脂复合物。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the chemical spectral character of Puerarin phytosomes.Methods Spectroscopic analysis of phospholipides,Puerarin and Puerarin phytosomes was performed with infrared and ultraviolet spectrophotometers.Results Infrared spectral analysis shows that the spectrum of the Puerarin phytosomes was the combination of the spectrum of Puerarin and phospholipids.Ultraviolet spectral analysis shows that the absorption maxinum of both Puerarin phytosomes and Puerarin was at 251.5nm.Conclusion Infrared and ultraviolet spectroscopic analysis proves that Puerarin and phospholipides compose phytosomes. |
