降钙素对腰椎椎间植骨融合术后康复的临床观察

目的：观察降钙素对腰椎椎间植骨融合术后的临床疗效。方法采用完全随机对照的前瞻性研究方法，将58例腰椎退变性滑脱患者随机分为2组，实验组行内固定植骨融合术并给予鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂和钙尔奇D治疗，对照组行内固定植骨融合术及钙尔奇D治疗。观察患者术后第2，4，6，8周时疼痛视觉模拟评分（ VAS）、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ ODI）和术后3个月时植骨融合情况。结果鲑鱼降钙素组术后VAS和ODI明显优于对照组（P＜0．05），术后3个月实验组植骨融合率（93．1％）高于对照组（78．5％）（P＜0．05）。结论鲑鱼降钙素可以减轻腰椎椎体植骨融合术后疼痛和改善术后功能障碍，且有助于椎体间植骨融合。

Clinical Study of Calcitonin on Lumbar Interbody Fusion after Surgery

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of calcitonin on lumbar interbody fusion after surgery . Methods Using a fully randomized controlled research method ,58 cases of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis were randomly divided into two groups：experimental group were given salmon calcitonin nasal sprays and Caltrate D ,and the control group were given Caltrate D.The visual analogue scale（VAS） scores and Oswestry Disability Index （ODI） were evaluated in 2,4,6,8 weeks after surgery.The bone fusion was assessed after 3 months.Results The experimental group is significantly better in VAS scores and ODI than the control group （ P〈0 .05 ） .The fusion rate in the experimental group and the control group were 93.1%and 78.5%respectively at 3 months（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Salmon calcito-nin can reduce postoperative pain ,improve postoperative dysfunction and interbody fusion .
