同期前后路联合手术治疗严重脊髓型颈椎病的临床分析

目的 探讨同期前后路联合手术治疗严重脊髓型颈椎病的临床意义.方法 收集自2007年7月～2009年7月收入的严重脊髓型颈椎病患者14例,男8例,女6例,行同期前后路联合手术,评价术前、术后1个月及术后12个月JOA及VAS评分.结果 术前、术后1个月及术后12个月JOA评分分别为（7.41±1.78）分、（12.64±2.31）分及（14.31±1.98）分,VAS评分分别为（3.98±1.62）分、（1.64±0.45）分及（1.41±0.52）分,术前、术后1个月及术后12个月JOA评分差异有统计学意义,术前及术后vAS评分差异有统计学意义,术后1个月及术后12个月间差异无统计学意义.结论 同期前后路联合手术治疗严重脊髓型颈椎病可获得满意的临床效果.

Clinical Study of Simultaneous Combined Anterior and Posterior Approaches in the Treatment of Serious Cervical Spondyiotic Myelopathy

Objective To explore clinical value of simuhaneons combined anterior and posterior approaches in the treatment of serious cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods Fourteen cases performed with the combination of anterior and posterior surgery were recruited from July 2007 to July 2009,including 8 males and 6 females. To assess the JOA and VAS scores of pre-operation and post-operation, and the period of post-operation ineluded 1 month and 12 months. Results There was statistieal significance between the JOA seores of pre-operation and post-operation as well as the JOA of post-operation between after 1 month and 12 months. There was statistical significance beween the V AS scores of pre-operation and post-operation,however,no difference between the VAS scores of post-opertion after 1 month and 12 months. Conclusions The surgery, of simuhaneous eombined anterior and posterior approaches can provide a satisfactory clinical therapeutic effect.
