成形结肠皱襞管扎式保肛术治疗低位直肠癌36例报告

应用支撑吻合管行保留肛管人工成形结肠半月皱襞管扎式结肠肛管吻合术治疗低位直肠癌３６例，获得了满意疗效。该手术方式达到根治要求，同时保留了齿线上１￣２ｃｍ直肠，加上人工成形的半月皱襞，从而保全了肛门括约功能、感觉反射及粪便储存功能。该手术无需缝合，简单，安全，易行，降低了手术并发症。经随访观察，病人术后２￣４月后恢复正常排便，效果优于单纯环扎式吻合。

TO SAVE THE ANAL CANAL AND FORMED COLON PLICA FOR LOW RECTAL CARCINOMA BY CIRCULAR LIGTIONA

Since January 1990, using supporting tube and artificial formed half - moon colon plica,colon -anal anastomosis to save the anal canal and sphincter had been performed by circular ligation for radical surgery in 36 patients with low rectal carcinoma. The technique has achieved radical resection and kept 1~2cm above the dentate line and formed artificial half - moon colon plica. It has kept anal sphicter function sensory reflex and store the bowel function. The anastomosis was completed without suturing. It is simple, safe, easy to perform and less complication of operation. Postoperative follow up revealed that the bowel movement and sphicteric function were all satisfactory within 2- 4 months. The effect is much better than the simple circular ligation. One patient died of metastasis of liver after operation ii months, the others were all alive and one case has been alive more than 6 years.
