薤白挥发油对S180荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的　探讨薤白挥发油对S1 80 荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法　对荷瘤小鼠随机分组后 ,分别腹腔注射给予薤白挥发油、大蒜油、环磷酰胺 (CPA)、生理盐水 ,连续 10d ,测定小鼠的瘤重、脾脏指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和脾细胞的增殖指数。结果　薤白挥发油能够明显抑制肿瘤的生长 ,抑瘤率为 6 0 .86 % ;与CPA组、对照组相比能够使荷瘤小鼠的脾脏指数明显增加 ,巨噬细胞吞噬率明显增强 ,脾细胞增殖指数明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;与大蒜油组相比 ,各项指标均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　薤白挥发油能够增强荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能 ,这可能是其抑制体内肿瘤生长的机制之一。

Influence of The Volatile Oil Extracted from Allium Macrostemon Bunge on Immune Function of Mice Bearing S180

Objective To research the adjustment of the volatile oil extracted from Allium macrostemon Bunge(AMB) on immune function of mice bearing S 180 .Method The mice bearing S 180 were divided into four groups at random. After giving them the volatile oil extracted from AMB , the volatile oil extracted from Garlic, cyclophamide(CPA) and normal saline(NS) respectively by the way of ip. for 10d,determine the weight of tumor, spleen index, phagocytosis of the phagocytes and proliferation index of spleen cells.Result The volatile oil extracted from AMB clearly decreased the weight of tumor. The rate of inhibition was 60.86%. Compared with CPA and NS , it obviously increased the spleen index, strengthened the phagocytosis of phagocytes and the proliferation index of spleen cells(P<0.05).But compared with the volatile oil extracted from Garlic, the difference had not the significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The volatile oil extracted from Allium macrostemon Bunge can enhance the immune function of the mice bearing S 180 . This may be the one of the mechanisms that inhibit the growth of tumor in vivo.
