| 摘 要： | 将35例慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)患者随机分为三组,中药组治疗12例,胸腺组治疗11例,胎肝组治疗12例。有效率分别为83.33％,72.72％和100％,组间疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05)。但就35例总体有效率与华东区再障协作组报道SSL方案治疗的268例比较,疗效有显著性差异(0.01

| Abstract: | 35 patients suffering from chronic aplastic anemia (CAA) were divided randomly into three groups, 12 cases were treated in Chinese medicine,11 cases by lying hidden in the hypodermis by fetal thymic tissue and 12 cases by infusing fetal liver.The effect rates of them are 83.33%, 72.72% and 100%.There is not a signi ficant difference among the 3 groups (P>0.05),but the total rate has a significant difference by comparing the treatments of 35 cases with 268 cases reported by the group of cooperations on treating aplastic anemia in East Hua area,0.01
