慢性胃炎舌印片与证候及幽门螺杆菌的相关性研究

为探讨中医证候、舌苔脱落细胞学和幽门螺杆菌（HP）的相关性，选择76例慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者为对象，43例同病脾胃气虚证患者和10名健康人为对照。采用辨证、舌印片MI、MV及HP等为指标进行研究。结果：（1）脾胃湿热组和脾胃气虚组中舌印片趋向中层细胞片型，MV减小；（2）脾胃湿热组HP感染率最高；（3）感染阳性组舌印片以中层细胞民多，MV减少。结论：脾胃虚实证候与舌苔脱落细胞、HP感染存在相关性，脾胃湿热是HP生长、繁殖的病理基础。

Correlative Study on Tongue Printing Slide,TCM Syndrome ＆ Helicobacter Pylori in Chronic Superficial Gastritis

Objective:The study was carried out for investigeting the relationship among TCM syndrome,exfoliated cytology of tongue and helicobacter pylori.Methods:With the indexes of syndrome differentiation,maturation index(MI) and maturation value(MV)of tongue cytology,and helicobacter pylori(HP)infection rate,76 cases with damp heat syndrome of spleen and stomach of chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)were observed,43 cases with Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach and 10 healthy people as control.Result:1.In the groups of damp heat syndrome of spleen and stomach and of Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach,the MI tended to middle zone,and MV reduced.2.In the group of damp heat syndrome of spleen and stomach,HP infection rate was the highest.3.In the positive group of HP infetion,the MI tended to middle zone,and MV reduced.Conclusion:The excess and deficiency syndromes of spleen and stomach are related to cell metabolism and HP infection,and the damp heat syndrome is one of the pathological basis of HP growth.
