高血压病中医分型与动态血压、血浆内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽水平的关系

摘    要:对120例高血压病患者进行中医辨证分型,观察动态血压、血浆内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽的变化情况。结果见:肝火亢盛型24h收缩压较低,痰湿壅盛型24h舒张压较高,阴虚阳亢、阴阳两虚型的收缩压与舒张压节律异常;高血压病患者血浆内皮素高于正常人;降钙素基因相关肽低于正常人。说明内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽这二种生物活性物质相互协调作用在高血压发病中起十分重要作用,可能是高血压发病原因之一。

Abstract:By analyzing the TCM syndromes of 120 cases of hypertension,the changes of dynamic blood pressure,plasma endothelins and calcitonin gene related peptide were observed.The results showed that the systolic pressure of syndrome of liver fire exuberance in 24 hours was low,while the diastolic pressure of syndrome of stagnation of phlegm and damp was high,and the systolic nd diastolic pressure in syndrome of YIN deficiency and YANG hyperactivities and syndrome of deficiency of both YIN and YANG was abnormal;the plasma endothelins of hypertension was higher than that of normal people,while calcitonin gene related peptide lower.It indicates that the endothelins is coordinated with the calcitonin gene related peptide,and the two pay an important role on hypertension pathogenesis.;
