| 摘 要： | 采用苦寒泻下饥饱失常法塑造脾阳虚家兔模型，然后分别于巳、申、亥时辰采用附子理中汤灌办及针灸双侧三阴交穴的不同治疗方法，观察家兔一般情况的变化，测定体重、肛温，并检测Ｔ淋巴细胞转化率、红细胞ＸＲＩ活性。结果显示：巳、申、亥时辰采用中药及针灸施治均能不同程度地增加脾阳虚家兔的体重，升高肛温，提高Ｔ淋巴细胞转化率、红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率。２种疗法均以巳治组疗效最佳，申治组次之，亥治组又次之，然均显著优于

| Abstract: | The spleen Yang deficiency model of rabbit was established with the method of pargation by using bitter and cold drugs and irregular hunger.Fuzi Lizhong Tang(Decoction of Aconite for Warming Spleen)and acupuncture on Sanyinjiao(Sp6)were used at Si time (9 a.m to 11 a.m),Shen time (3 p.m to 5 p.m)and Hai time(9 p.m to 11 p.m),respectively.The result showed that in all the groups,the treatments had the effects of increasing body weight,rising rectal temperature,rising T lymphocyte transformation rate and garland rate of erythrocyte C\-\{3b\} receptor.The effects of two therapies in Si time group was the best.The experiment furnishes the scientific evidence for TCM theory of treating at proper time. |
