原发性低血压与血浆内皮素和一氧化氮等因子关系的临床研究

摘    要:为探讨原发性低血压的发病机理,检测患者一氧化氮(NO)、血浆内皮素(ET)、儿茶酚胺、空腹血糖、血清胰岛素及电解质水平,结果显示原发性低血压组NO、ET水平,空腹血糖、血清胰岛素显著高地对照组(P<0.05),经直线相关分析,原发性低血压患者的收缩压与舒张压与NO、ET、NO/ET,K^ 非常显著相关(P<0.01)。说明血浆NO、ET水平的改变可能参与原发性低血压的发病。

Abstract:To study the pathogenesis of primary hypotension,the values of nitric oxide(NO),plasma endothelin(ET),catecholamine,limosis blood sugar(BS),serum insulin and electrolyte were examined.The results showed that the values of NO,ET,BS and serum insulin of the observation group were obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was a close negative correlation between the blood pressure (diastolic and systolic blood pressure)and NO,ET,NO/ET,K\++(P<\{0.01)\}.It indicates that the changes of NO and ET may play an important role in the pathogenesis of primary hypotension.
