| 摘 要： | 观察针药结合对绝经后女性生殖内分泌及骨代谢水平影响。选择符合诊断标准的绝经后女性 2 4名 ,采用放射免疫技术 ,观察治疗前后血清中生殖激素卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇、睾酮、骨形成特异指标骨钙素 BGP、钙调节激素降钙素、甲状旁腺激素含量变化。结果 :治疗后卵泡刺激素、雌二醇、骨钙素、降钙素、甲状旁腺激素均数水平皆显著提高 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;黄体生成素均数水平较前提高 ,睾酮均数水平较前下降 ,但无显著性意义 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :针药结合治疗法对绝经后妇女内分泌环境具有调节作用

| Abstract: | To observe the influence of acupuncture combined with drugs on postmenopausal female genital endocrine and bone metabolism,radioimmunoassay was used to observe the changes of serum reproductive hormone,such as follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizint hormone(LH),Estradiol(E\-2)and testosterone(),and the bone formation indexes,such as bone glacontaining protein(BGP),calcitionin(CT)and parathyroid hormone(PTH)before and after treatment in 24 cases of postmenopausal women.The results showed that the means of FSH,E\-2,BGP,CT and PTH after treatment were obviously higher than that before treatment (P<0.05),while LH higher and T lower without significance(P>0.05).It indicates that acupuncture combined with drugs may regulate postmenopausal female endocrine environment. |
