黄连等8种中药对常引起医院内感染的条件致病菌体外抗菌活性检测

体外观察黄连等8种中药对临床常见条件致病菌的抗菌活性,为选择中药治疗条件致病菌引起的医院内感染性疾病的研究做初步准备。采用肉汤稀释法,测定中药对测试菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果显示：中药黄连对几种常见条件致病菌均具有很强的体外抗菌活性,连翘对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC值最小即抗菌活性最强,鱼腥草、穿心莲、板蓝根对这几种条件致病菌具有一定的抗菌活性。

In vitro antibacterial activity assay of 8 herbs (including coptis chinensis)on several conditional pathogenic bacteria that often cause nosocomial infection

In vitro observation on the antibacterial activity of 8 herbs(coptis chinensis etc.)to familiar conditional pathogenic bacteria to make preparation for the study of selecting herbs treat nosocomial infection diseases caused by conditional pathogenic bacteria.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of herbs to the bacteria been tested.Result:Coptis chinensis has strong in vitro antibacterial activity to several familiar conditional pathogenic bacteria,forsythia suspense shows the lowest MIC value to staphylococcus aureus which means the strongest antibacterial activity,heartleaf houttuynia herb,andrographitisand Banlangen show some certain antibacterial activities to these conditional pathogenic bacteria.
