| 摘 要： | 在３２例成年尸体标本上，对肩胛上神经冈下支的经过及其与周围结构的关系进行了解剖和观测，据此讨论了肩胛上神经冈下支卡压症的解剖学病因，设计了合理的小针刀治疗肩胛上神经冈下下支卡压症的入刀点及入刀方向，指出了手术中应注意的问题，为临床开展该术式提供了形态学依据。

| Abstract: | In 32 cases of adult cadaveric specimens,the passing area and the periphe ral structure of inferior branch of supascapular nerve (IBSN) have been dissected and observed.The anatomical etiology of the pressure symptoms of IBSN are studied,the rational point and direction for the operation of small needle knife for treating the pressure symptoms of IBSN are designed,and the attention points during the operation are suggested.The study furnishes the morphological evidence for the operation. |
