慢性胃炎中医辨证分型与胃液组织胺关系

测定56例慢性胃炎病人和10例正常人的基础和五肽胃泌素刺激后的胃液组织胺分泌量,结果表明慢性胃炎病人的基础胃液和基础胃液组织胺分泌量与实证分型有关。五肽胃泌素刺激后各分型组胃液组织胺分泌量与正常组相似,但胃液分泌量脾虚、肾虚、气虚滞热和气虚瘀热都明显低于正常,提示这4型病人在刺激情况下胃粘膜血液循环和分泌功能明显下降。同时发现慢性胃炎中医各分型病人胃液组织胺对胃液分泌的效应均呈下降趋势,这在临床诊断和疗效考核方面有一定意义。

Relationship Between TCM Differentiation &.Histamine of Gastric Juice in Chronic Gastritis

The secretory volume of histamine of gastric juice in basic stage or after the stimula- tion of gastrin was determined in 56 cases of chronic gastritis patients and 10 cases of normal persons. The result showed that,in chronic gastritis,the basic secretory volume of gastric juice and histamine re- lated to the excess types.The secretory volume of histamine after the stimulation of gastrin was similar to that of normal group.But volume of gastric juice in the patients with deficiency of spleen,deficiency of kidney,deficiency of Qi with stagnation of heat,and deficiency of Qi with stasis of blood and heat, the secretory volume of gastric juice was obviously lower than that of normal cases.These indicated that,in these 4 types,the blood circulation and secretory function of gastric mucosal uder the stimula- tion obviously descended.Meanwhile,in all TCM types of chronic gastritis there was a declining tenden- cy in the secretory effect of gastric juice.It was significant for the clinical diagnosis and effect evalua- tion.
