| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨声诺维超声造影技术在乳腺癌早期诊断中的应用价值.方法 对31例病理确诊为乳腺癌的患者进行乳腺彩色超声及超声造影的回顾性分析.结果 乳腺彩超误诊6例,超声造影误诊2例,超声造影的诊断结果 与病理符合率达93.5%.结论 超声造影技术提高了乳腺癌的早期诊断准确率.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application value of SonoVue in the early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The imaging data of color ultrasonic in breast and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) of 31 patients with breast cancer confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results 6 cases were misdiagnosed by color ultrasonic in breast and 2 cases were misdiagnosed by CEUS. The coincidence rate between CEUS and pathology was 93.5 %.
