| 摘 要： | 为对比观察痛风宁冲剂对急性痛风性关节炎的疗效 ,以统一的诊断与疗效判定标准对 1 5 6例急性痛风性关节炎患者按 2∶ 1的比例分别用痛风宁冲剂与新癀片进行治疗 ,比较 2组治疗前后血尿酸与关节功能障碍积分的变化 ,结果 :痛风宁冲剂治疗 1 0 d后 ,患者平均血尿酸值及关节功能障碍积分均显著下降 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,总有效率达 99% ,药物无明显副作用 ,疗效优于新癀片。说明痛风宁冲剂对急性痛风性关节炎有效

| Abstract: | To observe the effects of TONGFENGNING granule(TFNG)on acute gouty arthritis,104 cases were treated with TFNG,and 52 cases with XINHUANGPIAN(XHP)as control,then the changes of blood uric acid and the scores of joint dysfunction were compared before and after treatment based on the same criterion of diagnosis and therapeutic efficiency.The results showed that the level of average blood uric acid and the scores of joint dysfunction were markedly decreased after being treated with TFNG for 10 days(P<0.01),and the total effective rate was 99% without any obvious side effects.The therapeutic efficiency of TFNG was superior to that of XHP.It indicates that TFNG has the effects on acute gouty arthritis. |
