| 摘 要： | 目的 观察苓桂术甘汤对脾阳虚泄泻大鼠水通道蛋白3(AQP3)表达的影响.方法 用苓桂术甘汤水煎液高、中、低剂量治疗脾阳虚泄泻大鼠,并对治疗后大鼠胃体、胃窦、回肠、结肠组织中的AQP3表达进行分析.结果 治疗组与模型组比较,高、中、低剂量组胃体、胃窦、回肠、结肠组织中AQP3表达有不同程度的增强.结论 苓桂术甘汤对增强脾阳虚型大鼠胃肠道AQP3的表达有一定作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Linggui Zhugan decoction on aquaporin 3(AQP3) in diarrhea rats with spleen-yang deficiency syndrome. Methods The model rats were treated with high,mid-dle and low dosage of Linggui Zhugan decoction respectively,and the expressions of AQP3 in gastric body,gastric antrum,ileum and colon were studied after treatment.
