半夏白术天麻汤对痰湿壅盛型高血压病胰岛素抵抗及血脂的影响

观察半夏白术天麻汤在燥湿化痰、平肝熄风的同时,是否具有改善胰岛素抵抗(IR)和调节血脂的作用.将87例高血压病痰湿壅盛证患者随机分成治疗组、对照组,2组均联用西药卡托普利和硝苯地平缓释片降压治疗,治疗组在西药的基础上加用中药半夏白术天麻汤煎服,疗程2个月,观察2组治疗前后的IR和血脂变化.结果:与对照组比较,治疗组的血清胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数改善非常显著(P＜0.01),血清胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著降低(P＜0.01),甘油三酯和体重指数也有明显下降(P＜0.05).结论:半夏白术天麻汤不仅能明显改善EH患者的临床症状,促进血压的稳定降低,而且还明显改善IR以及降低血脂.

Effects of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on Insulin Resistance and Blood Lipid of Hypertension with Abundant Phlegm-dampness Syndrome

To observe whether banxia baizhu tianma decoction improve insulin resistance and regulate blood lipids while drying dampness,eliminating phlegm and calming liver-wind.87 high salt-sensitive hypertensive patients with abundant phlegm-dampness syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.All patients were treated with captopril combined nifedipine sustained-release tablets,the patients of treatment group(44 cases) were added with banxia baizhu tianma decoction.The levels of IR and blood lipid were observed before and two months after therapy.The results showed that the serum FINS,ISI and TC,LDC-C of treatment group decreased significantly compared with control group(P<0.01),while the body-weight index and the serum TG also decreased obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion: Banxia baizhu tianma decoction could improve the clinical symptom evidently,promote the stable decrease of blood pressure,improve the IR,and decrease the serum TC,TG,LDL-C levels obviously.
