乳消胶囊对乳腺增生大鼠血清性激素水平及组织形态学的影响

为探讨乳消胶囊对乳腺增生模型大鼠性激素水平的调节作用,采用雌、孕激素联合造模,制成大鼠乳腺增生模型,以乳康片作对照治疗,检测模型大鼠灌服乳消胶囊后血清雌激素(E2)、孕激素(P)、泌乳素(PRL)水平,观察各组大鼠第二对乳房的乳头高度及乳房组织光镜下病理改变,结果显示:乳消胶囊高剂量组与模型组比较E2、PRL、乳头高度明显降低,P明显升高(P<0.01),与治疗对照组比较,E2降低,P升高(P<0.05),PRL无明显差异,光镜下乳腺组织接近空白组;乳消胶囊中剂量组与模型组比较,E2、乳头高度降低(P<0.05、P<0.01),光镜下乳腺组织接近空白组;其余各治疗组与模型组比较,各项指标变化均无显著差异。说明高剂量乳消胶囊可整体上调节性激素水平,减少其对乳腺的刺激,起到修复乳腺增生的作用。

Effect of Ruxiao Capsule on Serum Levels of Sex Hormones and Histomorphology on Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands in Rats

To explore the regulative effects of ruxiao capsule on serum levels of sex hormones on hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats,the models of mammary hyperplasia were made with oestradiol benzoate and progestin,and then orally administered ruxiao capsule,compared with rukang group.The serum levels of estradiol(E_2),progestogen(P),prolactin(PRL) were detected by radioimmunology,the second mamma heights on the both side were measured,and the pathological changes of hyperplasia were observed under microscope.The result showed that the levels of estradiol,prolactin and mamma heights in ruxiao high dose group were lower significantly and progestogen increased compared with control group(p<0.01),the pathological changes of hyperplasia approached to control group.These indicated that ruxiao of high dose could regulate serum levels of sex hormones as a whole,reduce the stimulation of sex hormones to mammary glands,and have an effect of repair on hyperplastic galactophore.
