| 摘 要： | 目的 观察肠鸣音与胃肠运动的相关性. 方法 2组健康成人志愿者,每组6例,分别注射甲硫酸新斯的明和山莨菪碱注射液. 结果 注射新斯的明后肠鸣音有逐步增多的趋势,第3、5、6、7、8时段的肠鸣音脉冲次数与注射前相比,差异有显著性(P＜0.05或0.01);注射山莨菪碱后肠鸣音明显减少,第2、3、4、5、6、7、8时段的肠鸣音脉冲次数与注射前相比,差异有显著性(P＜0.05或0.01). 结论 肌肉注射促进胃肠运动药物可随着药效作用时间而同步出现肠鸣音增多,而抑制胃肠运动药物则出现肠鸣音同步减少,从药效学的角度证明了肠鸣音与胃肠运动具有相关性.
