| 摘 要： | 目的探讨关节镜清理术配合中药治疗膝痛风性关节炎疗效。方法进行主观满意度评价、疼痛VAS评分和Lysholm评分。结果显示疼痛VAS评分、Lysholm评分术前分别为27．54±11．83、35．23±13．25分，术后分别为69．71±21．36、73．28±22．61分。术后改善均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。主观评定满意12例，一般3例，不满意1例。结论关节镜清理术配合中药治疗膝痛风性关节炎能够明显地减轻疼痛、改善功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with herbs in treating acute knee gout arthritis. Methods 16 patients with knee gout arthritis treated by arthroscopic debridement combined with herbs from Aug, 2005 to Nov, 2007 were followed up. Results The preoperative VAS pain score, lysholm score were 27.54 ±11.83, 35.23 ±13.25 respectively and the postoperative were 69.71 ±21.36, 73.28±22.61 respectively. There was a significant difference between them （P〈0.01）. 12 cases were satisfactory, 3 cases were common and 1 cases was not satisfactory in subjective assessment. Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement combined with herbs can significantly relieve pain and improve knee function. |
