不同人群白内障术后低视力患者生存质量的比较

目的探讨不同人群中白内障术后低视力患者的生存质量,为手术前对患者的心理准备工作提供参考依据.方法将甘肃扶贫工作中,符合白内障术后调查标准的106名患者按文化程度分为A、B、C组.通过问卷调查,进行统计学分析.结果不同文化程度患者术后的生存质量及对术后视力的满意程度均有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论确定手术适应证时,应考虑不同文化程度对患者术后生存质量产生的影响因素.对于对术后视力恢复要求高的患者,术前应注重与患者的沟通,完成对其的心理引导工作.

Discussion about the quality of life of low vision patients after cataract surgery

Objective To discuss the quality of life of low vision patients after cataract surgery, and to supply the reference for the prepare work before cataract surgery. Methods We separated the patients in GanSu province who fitted with the rules into three groups depending on their different intelligent backgrounds. We did statistic analysis after different question research. Results Patients in different intelligent backgrounds were significantly different in quality of life after surgery . Conclusion We must do more psychological preparation for those patients who are more sensitive to their vision after cataract surgery.
