吸入布地奈德治疗婴幼儿哮喘疗效的长期观察

目的 进一步了解吸入布地奈德防治婴幼儿哮喘的长期疗效及安全性。方法 对70例年龄小于3岁的中重度婴幼儿哮喘患儿随机分成2组，治疗组根据病情严重程度给予相应吸入布地奈德治疗，对照组不用吸入激素，常规治疗，定期随访2年观察比较两组的药物疗效及安全性：结果 治疗组患儿在治疗1—2年后发病次数、咳嗽、喘息天数均较对照组少，未发现明显不良反应。结论 吸入布地奈德防治婴幼儿哮喘的长期疗效显著，安全性好。

Efficacy of Inhalation of Budesonide in the Treatment of Asthma in Infants and Young Children

Objective The aim of this investigation was to find the long effect and side effects of inhalation budesonide in treating infant and young asthmatic children.Methods 70 infant and young asthmatic children were randomly divided into two groups,the patients in the treated group inhaled budesonide by spacer and face mask,the control group did not inhale steroid.The authors monitored the curative effect and safety for 2 years.Results The frequency of asthma attack,days of cough and wheezing of asthmatic children in treated group were significantly less frequent than that in the control group,and no significant side effects were found.Conclusions Treating infant and young asthmatic children with inhalation budesonide by spacer and face mask was effective and safety.
