肺癌组织中Fhit蛋白和PCNA蛋白表达及意义

目的　探讨肺癌组织中Fhit蛋白和PCNA蛋白表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学S P法检测 6 2例肺癌组织中Fhit蛋白和PCNA蛋白表达。结果　肺癌组织中Fhit蛋白和PCNA蛋白表达阳性率分别为 5 3.2 %和6 4 .5 % ,PCNA蛋白表达阳性肺癌Fhit蛋白阳性率明显低于PCNA蛋白表达阴性肺癌 (P <0 .0 1)。Fhit蛋白和PCNA蛋白在肺癌中表达与肺癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移、3年生存期均密切相关 ,PCNA蛋白与肺癌病理类型亦有关。结论　Fhit蛋白和PC NA蛋白异常表达与肺癌发生、发展密切相关 ,二者相互抑制 ,呈明显负相关

Expression and clinical significance of Fhit and PCAN protein in lung cancer

Objective To study on the expression of Fhit and PCNA protein as well as their relationship to each other and to clinic-pathological parameters in lung cancer.Methods The expression of Fhit and PCNA protein in 62 lung cancers tissues and 8 normal lung tissues was observed by immunohistochemical S-P method.Results The total positive rate of Fhit and PCNA protein was 53.2% and 64.5%,respectively in lung cancer.The positive rate of Fhit protein was significantly lower in PCNA protein tumors than in PCNA negative ones (P<0.01).The expression of Fhit and PCNA protein in lung cancer was significantly correlated with pathological grading,lymph node metastasis,survival rate of three years; as well as the expression of PCNA protein has relation with histological type of lung cancer.Conclusion Abnormal expression of Fhit and PCNA protein in lung cancer relates to incurrence and progression of tumors,and that there are a significantly inverse relation between the expression of Fhit and PCNA protein.
