中风是临床常见病证,历代医家在长期临床实践中积累了丰富的经验,留下了大量的文献.从这些文献来看,历代医家对中风,尤其是中风概念的认识并不统一,在不同时期,中风一词的内涵并不相同,而是经历了外感病、真中、类中,再到脑卒中这样一个逐渐演变的过程.

The wind stroke is a common syndrome in clinical disease; the physicians of past gener-ations accumulated much experience in long-term clinical practice and left abundant literature, looking from this literature, the physicians of past generations had different cognitions of the wind stroke, especially the concept of wind stroke. The connotation of wind stroke differed at different stages, going through a grad-ually changing process from exogenous disease, true wind stroke, apoplectic wind stroke to cerebral apoplex-y.
