损益思想与针刺补泻

损益是古代常用的互相对立而又彼此统一的概念，“损有余补不足”被古人视为“天之道”，其对中医学补虚泻实的治疗思想影响甚深，在针刺治疗中体现尤为明显。经过对出土《脉书》的分析，可知针刺补泻思想经历了一个从损益观念到脉的虚实，再到砭刺补泻，最终形成针刺补泻的逐渐演变过程。

The idea of Sun yi(reduction and reinforcement)and the reinforcement and reduction in acupunc-ture

Sun yi (reduction and reinforcement) is a couple of a united and opposing conceptive category. To reduce the excess and reinforce the deficiency was considered as the rule of nature by ancient people. This thought had a profound influence on the therapeutic ideas in TCM of reinforcing insufficiency and reducing excess, especially in acupuncture therapy. By analyzing Maishu (pulse book), which was ex-cavated, the author believes that the ideas of reinforcement and reduction in acupuncture evolved gradually from the concept of Sun yi (reduction and reinforcement) to the deficiency and excess of the meridian, then to the reinforcement and reduction in stone needling, and finally formed the ideas of reinforcement and re-duction in acupuncture.
