| 摘 要： | 30例心肌梗塞患者放射性核素心血池显象提示:相位分析法结果阳性29例;而左室射血分数结果阳性24例,两者差异有显著性(P<0.05),相位分析法敏感性高。急性心肌梗搴组和陈旧性心肌梗塞组对比,两组相位分析法和左室射血分数阳性率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。相位分析法对急性心肌梗塞或陈旧性心肌梗塞均不失为敏感诊断手段。

| Abstract: | The result of the study in 30 cases of MI(Myocardial Infarction) by radionuclideangiocardiography showed that 29 cases were positive by the phase analysis method and 24 positive by LVEF(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction)As the phase analysis method was highly sensitive,the comparison of the two results appeared in significant difference(P<0.05) However,there was no significant difference between the phase analysis method and LVEF in the treatment of AMI(Acute Myocardial Infartion) and OMI(Old Myocardial Infarction).Therefore,the phase analysis of radionuclide image is an effective diagnostic method for AMI and OMI. |
