3200例孕前检查人群地中海贫血筛查结果分析

目的：评估孕前检查对预防地中海贫血的作用。方法：采用血细胞分析结合高校液相色谱检查的方法对2011年05月～2012年06月在惠州市第一妇幼保健院进行孕前检查的人群常规作地贫筛查。结果：地贫筛查阳性者368人，阳性检出率为11．5％，其中356人接受高校液相色谱检查，拟诊β-地贫携带者207人（6．47％），拟诊β-地贫携带者148人（4．63％）。结论：孕前检查对优生优育有着重要的现实意义．

Analyzing on 3 200 cases progestation checkup in thalassanemia

Objective：To evaluate the effect of progestation checkup in the prevention of thalassanemia. Metbods：Progestation cases who visited Huizhou First Women＇s and Children＇s Heahhcare Hospital on May, 2011 to June,2012 were checked routinely in thalassanemia by blood routine test and high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）. Results：368 cases were thalassanemia positive, with a positive rate of 11.5%. HPLC test was accepted by 356 cases,with an incidence for β-thalassanemia carrier of 6.47%,β-thalassanemia carrier of 4.63%. Conclusion：Progestation Checkup have practical importance in aristogenesis.
