摘    要:目的:了解本院鲍曼不动杆菌检出率及其对常用抗生素的耐药率的变化.方法:回顾调查方法对本院从2002年1月至2005年12月,4年鲍曼不动杆菌分离率和试验结果进行分析.结果:所分离出的144株鲍曼不动杆菌,占革兰阴性杆菌的6.79%;鲍曼不动杆菌对对常用抗菌药物的耐药率总体呈上升趋势,对头孢唑啉、头孢呋辛、头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、氨苄西林、哌拉西林等耐药率超过50%.耐药率低于20%的有阿米卡星、氨苄西林-舒巴坦、头孢哌酮-舒巴坦、头孢他啶,对亚胺培南仍呈高度敏感.结论:本地区鲍曼不动杆菌检出率有逐年增加的趋势,但仍维持在较低的水平.为防止鲍曼不动杆菌的感染率继续上升,加强监测鲍曼不动杆菌的检出率和耐药率变化,对提高临床抗不动杆菌感染的成功率有帮助.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the changes in antibiotic resistance spectrum of Acinetobacter baumannii (A. baumannii). Methods: The rate of A. baumannii and its resistance to antibiotics in our hospital from Jan 2002 to Dec 2005 were analyzed and studied retrospectively. Results: A total of 144 strains of A. baumannii were isolated. The rate of detection was 6. 79% of Gram-negative bacteria. There was an elevated tendency of resistance to common antibacterials in A. baumannii during the past four years. The rates of resistance were more than 50% for Cefazolin, Cefuroxime, Cefetaxime, Ceftriaxone, Ampicillin and Piperacillin, and less than 25% for Amikacin, Ofloxacin, Cefoperazone/Sulbactam, Ampicillin/Sulbaetam, and Ceftazidime. A. baumannii was highly sensitive to Imipenem. Conclusion: The rate of A. baumannii in our hospital was steadily maintained during the past four years. To prevent the outbreak of A. baumannii infection, it is very important to adhere to reasonable medication, control the use of broad-spectrum antibiotics and complete drug sensitivity test before starting treatment of any infection by A. baumannii.
