紫背天葵中有机酸的分析

摘    要:从紫背天葵的稀醇提取液中分离、提纯得到结晶E、A、W,对这三种结晶进行了阴、阳离子反应,熔点测定,薄层层析和红外光谱分析,结果显示:结晶E为草酸,结晶A和W为草酸铵和氯化钾的混合物。实验结果提示,未经处理的紫背天葵不宜长期或大量泡水饮用,以防中毒;生产此类饮料时应用既能除去草酸及其盐,又能保持原有特色的工艺。

Abstract:Three kinds of crystals, crystals E, A and W have been isolated from the diluted ethyl alcohol extract of Begonia fimbristipulata. The crystal E was identified to be oxalic acid. The crystals A and W were mixtures of ammonium oxalate and potassium chloride respectively, based on chemical analysis,M. P.,TLC and IR analysis. Analytical tests have shown that to avoid poisoning by oxalic acid,Begonia fimbristipulata is not suitable for long term drinking in water nor for a considerable amount in drinking. If we use Begonia fimbristipulata in the manufacture of drinks measures should be taken to remove oxalic acid and oxalate and to retain the charactristic flavour of Begonia fimbristipulata.
