| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨减重步行训练对脑梗死后偏瘫患者的生活质量的影响.方法:选择本院住院的脑梗死患者72例,随机分成减重步行训练组39例和对照组33例.通过电话访问评价患者生活质量满意度.结果:减重步行训练组患者生活质量明显提高或稍有好转共22例(100%),明显高于对照组19例(79.2%),有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:减重步行训练相对常规康复治疗手段,有利于患者生活质量的提高,在临床中应结合患者的病情,早期及时应用减重步行训练的康复治疗方法,利于患者回归家庭、重返社会.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate how the BWSTT relates to the quality of life of patients with post-infarction hemiplegia.Methods:All 72 patients registered to our hospital with cerebral infarction were randomized into 2 groups: BWSTT group(n=39) and control group(n=33).The patients' quality of life were evaluated by telephone calls.Results: 22 patients of the BWSTT group had apparently improved(100%)with significantly higher percentage compared with 79.2% from 19 cases of control group.Conclusion: Compared with the conventional method,the BWSTT may benefit improving the quality of life.Early use of BWSTT based on the clinical condition would be helpful for these patients to resume their family duties and social activities. |
