| 摘 要： | 目的:从肉苁蓉药材中提取、分离、纯化肉苁蓉多糖,并对其进行分析.方法:采用95%乙醇脱脂、水提醇沉得粗多糖,Sephadex柱层析精制多糖;用薄层层析鉴定其单糖组成,测定其比旋光度和紫外光谱对多糖的纯度进行鉴定.结果:该多糖的紫外光谱只有单一峰位、其不同浓度乙醇的沉淀物比旋光度一致.结论:用此方法分离纯化的多糖为均一组分. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To extract,separate and purify polysaccharide from Cistanche deserticola.Method: Cistanche deserticola was defatted with 95% ethanol,then extracted with water and refined by Sephadex column chromatography to obtain polysaccharide.The polysaccharide was determined using TLC for its composition,specific rotation and using UV for its purification.Results: UV spectrum only showed a single spike and specific rotation of aniso-density alcoholic deposition was consistent.Conclusion: The polysaccharide was homogenous in composition. |
