| 摘 要： | 目的观察桂枝茯苓胶囊灌肠配合微波治疗慢性盆腔炎的作用。方法114例患者随机分为2组，对照组57例以头抱等抗生素常规治疗，治疗组57例给予桂枝茯苓胶囊灌肠配合微波治疗。结果治疗组57例，治愈35例，好转20例，无效2例，有效率96．5％；对照组57例，治愈26例，好转19例，无效12例，有效率78．9％。治疗组明显优于对照组。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊灌肠配合微波治疗是治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效而方便的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of ramulus cinnamomi and hoelen pills enema in treating of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 114 cases were randomly divided to 2 groups. The control＇ s 57 cases were treated in cefpodoxime and microwave. The treatment＇s 57 cases were treated in ramulus cinnamomi and hoelen pills enema and microwave. Results The effective rates was 96.5% in treatment group and 78.9% in control group. Conclusion Ramulus cinnamomi and hoelen pills enema is an effective and simple method to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. |
