| 摘 要： | 脾主运化为脾脏理论的重要内容之一,脾主运化的内在动力是气机的升降运动,实质是通过升清降浊主导人体精、气、血、津液等精微物质的气化过程.脾主运化的是全身组织器官物质和能量新陈代谢活动的调控机制,也是五脏功能正常进行的重要保证,因此,临床应根据脾主升、喜燥恶湿的特性,对于脾失健运之证,宜健脾配合升脾、醒脾之法;对于临诊应用祛邪药物及机体营养及疾病耗损时,亦同时需考虑固护脾胃之气.
