| 摘 要： | 为研究乳香提取物对ＨＬ６０细胞端粒酶活性影响,应用端粒酶重复序列扩增技术及聚丙烯胺凝胶电泳对ＨＬ６０细胞端粒酶活性的表达进行检测,并应用乳香提取物及全反式维甲酸下调ＨＬ６０细胞端粒酶活性。结果：乳香提取物能降低ＨＬ６０细胞端粒酶活性。其降低ＨＬ６０细胞端粒酶活性作用与全反式维甲酸相似。

| Abstract: | To investigate the regulatary effects of Boswellia Caterii Birdw(BCB)on telomerase activity expression in leukemic cells line HL60 cells.Felomerase activity of HL60 cells was detected using talomeric repeat amplificaion protocol(TRAP)and DNA lectrophoresis assay.Results:Both BCB and All-trans retinoic acid(ATRA)could down-regulat telomerese activity of HL60 cells.BCB had the time and concentration dependent down-regulat relomerese activity of HL60 cells.Conxluaion BCB could down-regulat telomerese activity of HL60 cells and the effect of BCB on telomerase activity in HL60 cells was similar to that of ATRA. |
