摘    要:目的建立三叶海棠叶中白杨素苷含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱:Gemini C18 110Aa(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(30:70),流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:40℃,检测波长:270nm,进样量:20μL。结果白杨素苷在2.0—20.0μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),三叶海棠叶中白杨素苷的平均含量为5.05%,平均回收率为97.4%,RSD为1.2%(n=5)。结论三叶海棠叶中白杨素苷含量较高,该测定方法灵敏、结果准确、重现性好。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of chrysin-7-glucoside in Nalussieboldji. Method HPLC was used in the determination with Gemini C18 column(150 min×4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile-water 30:70, flow rate 1.0 mL/min, column temperature 40℃ detection wavelengh 270 nm and injection volume 20 L. Results Chrysin-7- glucoside had a linear range in the contents of 2.0-20.0 g/mL (r=0.999 5)and the linear equation was Y=7.737×10^4X-6.0×1^3 in the range of 2.0-20.0 g/mL(r=0.999 5). The average content of chrysin-7-glucoside in leaf of Nalussieboldji was 5.05% and the average recovery was 97.4% with RSD 1.2%(n=5). Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and accurate for determination of chrysin-7-glucoside.
