枸杞多糖抗小鼠实验性肝癌的作用机制

摘    要:目的探讨枸杞多糖(LBP)抗小鼠实验性肝癌的作用机制。方法采用H22实验性肝癌小鼠模型,LBP连续灌胃治疗14d。绘制肿瘤生长体积曲线图、计算肿瘤生长抑制率。同时对各组胸腺及肿瘤组织进行病理检查。结果LBP可踢显减小肿瘤体积。肿瘤生长抑制率在高剂量组达到41.12%,与模型组闻比较差异具统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在肝癌模型组胸腺体质量较对照组明显减轻,皮质变薄,LBP用药后肝癌小鼠胸腺体质量及胸腺指数有所恢复,并在高剂量组与模型组间比较差异具统计学意义(P〈0.05)。肿瘤组织病理检查结果,发现LBP高、低剂量组肿瘤细胞核分裂计数明显下降,与模型组比较差异具统计学意义(P〈0.05);肿瘤间质纤维组织增生及淋巴细胞浸润在LBP用药后亦明显增加,高剂量组与模型组比较差异具统计学意义(P〈0.05);肿瘤细胞增殖密度和坏死程度在各组之间比较差异无统计学意义。结论LBP对实验性肝癌小鼠肿瘤细胞的生长具有一定的抑制作用,其具体作用机制与增强机体整体及局部的免疫功能有关.具体的作用环节有待进一步深入探讨。
