| 摘 要： | 对54例变态反应性鼻炎患者鼻激发试验前后鼻分泌物嗜碱性细胞进行观察,结果表明:鼻分泌物嗜碱性细胞在激发试验后较激发试验前明显增高,且与鼻激发试验反应程度呈显著相关,中医辨证以肺虚兼热型嗜碱性细胞的阳性率最高。作为变态反应的一项诊断指标,鼻分泌物中嗜碱性细胞与嗜酸性粒细胞同时出现时意义较大。

| Abstract: | The basophilic cells in nasal secretion were studied before and after the nasal challenge test in 54 cases with allergic rhinitis .The results showed that the positive proportion of basophilic cells in nasal secretion was obviously higher after the nasal challenge test than before.There was clear correlation between the increase of basophilic cells in nasal secretion and the level of reaction to the nasal challenge test. The positive proportion of basophilic cells in the weakness of lung with heat was the highest among the three kinds of syndrome in TCM .It was realized that both basophilic cells and eosinophils appearing in the nasal secretion were of great value for the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis |
