厚朴不同炮制品体外抑菌作用的研究

目的探讨厚朴不同炮制品对金黄色葡萄球菌体外的抑菌作用。方法采用微生物检测法中的碟管二剂量法。结果厚朴不同炮制品对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径分别为:姜汁厚朴(T1)20.69 mm、(T2)18.31 mm;厚朴生品(T1)19.49 mm、(T2)17.18 mm;姜紫苏汁厚朴(T1)19.38 mm、(T2)17.28 mm;酒制厚朴(T1)19.21 mm、(T2)17.13 mm;醋制厚朴(T1)19.11 mm、(T2)16.99 mm;水制厚朴(T1)18.88 mm、(T2)16.72 mm。结论姜汁厚朴对金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抑制作用,厚朴生品、姜紫苏汁厚朴、酒制厚朴对金黄色葡萄球菌具有明显的抑制作用,醋制厚朴、水制厚朴对金黄色葡萄球菌有一定的抑制作用。

Study of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis with different frying and roasting on bacteriostasis

Objective To investigate the effects of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis by different frying and roasting ways on inhibiting staphylococcus aureus in vitro.Method Two dosage techniques with cylinder-plate method were used in the microbioassay.Result The diameters of the bacteriostasis ring of the Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis were 20.69mm and 18.31 mm(fried with ginger juice),19.49 mm and 17.18 mm(natural materials),19.38mm and 17.28 mm(fried with ginger and Perillae juice),19.21 mm and 17.13 mm(fried with wine),19.11 mm and 16.99 mm(fried with vinegar),and 18.88 mm and 16.72 mm(fried with water) respectively.Conclusion The Cortex fried with ginger juice has the best action on bacteriostasis for Staphylococcus aureus,the natural materials and the cortex fried with ginger and Perillae juice or wine have better,and the cortex fried with vinegar or water have fair.
