元七骨痛酊外擦治疗膝关节骨关节炎筋脉瘀滞证的临床观察

目的观察元七骨痛酊外擦治疗膝关节骨关节炎筋脉瘀滞证的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断和纳入标准的膝关节骨关节炎患者160例采用随机对照方法分为观察组和对照组各80例。观察组给予元七骨痛酊外用,对照组采用扶他林外用,均以3周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后统计疗效。观察两组治疗前后膝关节主要症状改善情况,并进行疗效对比和安全性评价。结果两组患者治疗后症状分级评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组疗效优于对照组。结论元七骨痛酊可有效缓解膝关节骨关节炎筋脉瘀滞证主要症状,疗效较好。

Clinical Observation of Yuanqigutong Tincture for Knee Osteoarthritis with Tendons Stasis Syhdrome

Objective To research the clinical efficacy and safety of Yuanqigutong tincture for knee osteoarthritis（tendons stasis）. Methods According to randomized controlled clinical observation principle, 160 patients of knee osteoarthritis who meet the diagnostic and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（n=80, respectively）. In the treatment group the patients were treated with Yuanqigutong tincture topically while in the control group with Voltaren, 3 weeks for one treatment course. The improvement of knee main symptoms was observed in two groups and the clinical efficacy and safety was evaluated. Results After treatment,the main symptom grading scores were lower than before treatment in both groups, there were significant differences（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. By rank sum test, the difference of efficacy in two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the clinical efficacy is better in the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion Yuanqigutong tincture can effectively alleviate the main symptoms of knee osteoarthritis（tendons stasis） and the efficacy was good.
